  Temp-to-Hire: Work as a Candidate Source employee for the first 480 hours, giving you and the client time to evaluate long-term fit.

  Direct Hire: The client hires you directly; we act as the connector.

  Temp/Seasonal: Short-term roles that don’t typically lead to long-term opportunities.

• Do I have to pay for Candidate Source's services?

  No, our services are free for candidates. The hiring company pays all recruiting fees.

• What happens after I'm hired?

  For staffing arrangements, your recruiter will handle onboarding and set you up to start.

  For direct hire roles, the client handles onboarding, and we remain available to assist as needed.

• When will I get paid?

  If you’re employed by Candidate Source, we pay weekly. If hired directly by a client, payment follows their pay schedule.

  Our pay period runs Sunday-Saturday. All hours worked are paid the following Friday. Contact your recruiter with questions about your first paycheck.
