Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a counter sales team of 4, driving performance and customer satisfaction

• Manage and develop team members, setting clear expectations and conducting regular performance reviews

• Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency

• Work with vendors and suppliers to keep inventory stocked and displays updated

• Serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries and ensure a high level of service

• Assist with order fulfillment, stocking merchandise, and answering customer calls as needed

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Lead by example—this is a hands-on role, not a desk job

Work Schedule & Environment

• Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility, with peak hours in the morning and midday)

• Expect to work an average of 45 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods

• No corporate suits or glass offices—this is a hands-on leadership role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanic Assistant to join our team at a distribution center in Prince George, VA. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience while assisting the lead mechanic in maintaining and refurbishing equipment.

Location: Prince George, VA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead mechanic in repairing, operating, and refurbishing mechanical and hydraulic equipment.

• Install, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic parts as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment functionality and longevity.

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

• Help maintain the organization of the workshop and inventory of tools.

• Work independently when necessary and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Basic mechanic skills and knowledge of tools.

• Ability to perform a variety of tasks involving mechanical and hydraulic systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Self-motivated and capable of working alone when needed.
